01 Website operator and Service Providers

The Website is operated by Real Centris Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda (“Real Centris,” “we,” or “us” when referring to operation of the Website).

Products and services displayed on the Website may be provided by Real Centris Ltd or by another company or professional (the “Service Provider”). For each purchase, the contracting Service Provider will be identified on the product page, at checkout, or in an accepted written proposal. The order confirmation and invoice or receipt will identify the company responsible for that purchase.

When these Terms address delivery, payment, cancellation, or a remedy for a purchased service, “we” means the Service Provider identified for that purchase, unless the context expressly refers to operation of the Website. Real Centris Ltd does not become the contracting provider of another provider’s service solely because that service appears on the Website.

02 Website and services

The Website may display property listings and offer listing plans, short-term rental setup and support, marketing materials, guest communication resources, websites, booking and payment solutions, and technology integrations.

The scope of a purchased service is the scope stated on its product page, at checkout, or in an accepted written proposal. Features or work not expressly included may require a separate agreement and charge.

03 Property listings and enquiries

Property information may be supplied by an owner, manager, agent, accommodation provider, or another authorized person. Descriptions, photographs, prices, amenities, and availability can change. Visitors should confirm material details with the relevant property provider before making a payment or commitment.

Sending an enquiry through the Website does not reserve a property. Unless expressly stated in the applicable transaction documents, operating the Website or displaying a listing does not make Real Centris Ltd the property owner, landlord, accommodation provider, or seller. A property stay, lease, or sale is governed by the terms agreed with the provider identified for that transaction.

04 Submitting a listing

By submitting a property listing or related materials, you confirm that you are authorized to advertise the property and to provide its information, photographs, and contact details. You must provide accurate information and promptly tell us about material changes.

You permit Real Centris Ltd and the applicable Service Provider to use and reasonably edit the materials you submit to prepare, display, and promote your listing. You retain ownership of materials you own. We may request supporting information and may decline, correct, suspend, or remove content that is inaccurate, unauthorized, or otherwise unsuitable for the Website.

The person or company responsible for the property remains responsible for its operation and for applicable permits, taxes, safety requirements, and booking-platform rules.

05 Orders and service delivery

Before you place an order, the product page, checkout, or written proposal will identify the Service Provider, the principal deliverables, price and currency, applicable taxes or additional charges, and any material delivery and cancellation terms.

An order is accepted when the Service Provider sends an order confirmation or accepts a written proposal. Estimated delivery periods begin after the Service Provider receives the payment, information, materials, and access reasonably needed to start the work.

You are responsible for providing accurate property information, usable materials, and timely feedback. Missing information or delayed feedback may affect delivery dates. Additional revisions, on-site work, photography, subscriptions, or integrations are included only when expressly stated.

06 Prices, payment, and invoices

The price and currency displayed at checkout or in an accepted proposal apply to the purchase. Applicable taxes and separately charged costs will be disclosed before you complete the order.

Payment is made to the Service Provider identified for the purchase. The order confirmation and invoice or receipt will identify that provider. Third-party costs—including hosting, domains, advertising, booking-platform fees, payment-processing fees, and software subscriptions—are included only when expressly stated in the product description or proposal.

07 Listing plans and ongoing services

A listing plan provides the duration, listing allowance, featured-listing allowance, and other benefits stated in its applicable description and order confirmation.

A plan or service renews automatically only if its renewal interval, recurring amount, and cancellation method are clearly disclosed before purchase and accepted by you. Otherwise, a new purchase or agreement is required. The terms for any separately agreed ongoing management, hosting, or support service will state its billing period and how it can be ended.

08 Changes, cancellations, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@realcentris.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will direct your request to the Service Provider identified on your order confirmation.

The cancellation and refund terms disclosed before your purchase and recorded in your order confirmation or accepted proposal apply to that service, subject to any rights and remedies provided by applicable law. The Service Provider will explain any completed work and third-party costs already committed when responding to a cancellation request.

If the Service Provider cannot deliver a purchased service, it will work with you on an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, an agreed alternative, or a refund for the undelivered portion.

09 Third-party platforms

Services may involve platforms or suppliers such as booking channels, payment processors, hosting providers, and software companies. Their own terms, fees, technical requirements, and decisions apply to their products. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of accounts you own or operate.

A Service Provider may assist with content or configuration within the agreed scope but cannot guarantee a third party’s approval, search ranking, availability, or continued operation.

10 Technology services and access

The scope of a website, booking engine, payment configuration, or integration is defined in its product description or accepted proposal. Continuing hosting, maintenance, updates, monitoring, and support are included only if expressly stated.

You must provide authorized access only to the accounts and systems needed for the agreed work. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate ownership and administrative access to your accounts.

11 Results and professional decisions

Marketing, listing, pricing, and operational recommendations reflect the information available when the work is performed. No particular level of bookings, revenue, occupancy, search placement, or regulatory approval is guaranteed.

Unless an accepted written agreement expressly states otherwise and identifies an appropriately authorized professional, services sold through the Website do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or regulated real-estate advice. You remain responsible for your final property and business decisions.

12 Intellectual property

Real Centris Ltd owns the Website’s original branding, design, and content, except for material owned by customers, Service Providers, or other third parties.

Unless the applicable product description or proposal states otherwise, once you have paid in full, you may use final materials created specifically for your purchase for their agreed purpose. Third-party software, photographs, fonts, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences. Drafts and unused concepts are not included unless expressly agreed.

13 Acceptable use

You must not submit misleading or unlawful content, impersonate another person, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with Website security, or attempt unauthorized access. Real Centris Ltd may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users, or affected third parties.

14 Privacy

Personal information collected through the Website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy should identify Real Centris Ltd’s role, the information shared with a Service Provider to fulfil an order, and how individuals can make a privacy request.

Where personal information is handled across borders, Real Centris Ltd and the relevant Service Provider will address their respective responsibilities in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

15 Website availability and liability

We take reasonable care in operating the Website and delivering agreed services. Website access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, faults, or third-party systems.

If a problem arises with a purchased service, contact the Service Provider using the details on your order confirmation, or email info@realcentris.com. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

16 Changes to these Terms

Real Centris Ltd may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Terms accepted for an existing purchase continue to govern that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.

17 Disputes and applicable law

Please contact info@realcentris.com first and provide the relevant order or listing details so the appropriate company can investigate your concern.

Disputes concerning use of the Website are governed by the laws applicable to Real Centris Ltd in Rwanda, subject to any mandatory laws that apply. Disputes concerning a purchased service are governed by the law identified in the applicable service agreement or, if none is identified, by the law determined under applicable legal rules. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived by contract.
